Adding Tags to Service Level Definitions

When setting up service level definition tags, you're not limited to the predefined options. You can add your own service level definition tags, along with the predefined service level options. This is achieved using the Service Level Definitions page.

To add tags to service level definitions:

1. On the main menu, select Service Level Definitions to display the Service Level Definitions page.
2. On the Service Level Definitions page, click Add Tag in the upper right corner of the page to display the Create New Tag panel.
3. In the Create New Tag panel, complete the following:
   • Name: Type a name for the new tag. This name displays in the Service Level Definitions page.
   • Standard Name: Type a standard name for the new tag. This tag name gets propagated through the back end.
   • Nest Tag Under: Use the drop-down box and select the category or subcategory under which the new tag is located.
   • Description: Type descriptive information about the new tag. Information added here displays at the right of the tag name in the listing on the Service Level Definitions page.
4. Click Create.
