High Availability in the Cloud

High Availability provides failover through a set of failure detection and recovery mechanisms that can be grouped into various availability-related policies by a cloud administrator. These policies are available to cloud users to manage the availability-related characteristics of their applications.

Note: For Stratus Cloud Solution Version 1.x, high availability capabilities are limited to node evacuation only.
